“It’s Groundhog Day!” Just as the radio hosts proclaimed to start each tortuously repetitive morning for arrogant weatherman Phil Connors in 1993’s Groundhog Day, today is the day many folks look to the emergence of Punxsutawney Phil to determine if spring will come early this year.
