Seriously, who knew this was even a thing?

In the era of Instagram influencers and YouTube gurus, it can be tough to know where to turn for advice on how to hydrate mindfully or make truffles from moon pantry spirit dust. Oh wait. There's only one person with a lifestyle brand we trust for that kind of thing—Gwyneth Paltrow and the fine folks over at goop. While we always assumed (however naively) that every product and piece of hot knowledge on goop came from from GP herself, it turns out that might not be totally true. When the wellness queen dropped by Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night, she herself admitted that there are some odd products that even she hasn't tried. Jimmy brought out a lineup of some of the weirdest items on her website for an explanation, confronting her with camel's milk—something she admits she's never tried."We actually did an article once about #altmilk—there are a lot of alternative milks on the market," she told Jimmy before assuring him it's "apparently" from real camels and that she "thinks" there are more vitamins in it than cow's milk. Vague. Cool. Her verdict after tasting it for the first time? "It's not terrible" and has a "goat-camel thing happening." Sold!
Honestly, we get it. She's running a global lifestyle brand, raising kids, acting and just trying to make her life as zen as possible—GP doesn't have time to test out and memorize the properties of every item on her site. And let's be real—no matter how much we love the sun-kissed Queen who always looks like she just pranced out of a skincare commercial, some of her products can get a little Goop-y (and even she seems to know it).She also reacted to her “The Martini” bath soak (which "smells like heaven" and isn't for consumption), her Smile Makers vibrator (not to be confused with a Simpson figurine) and a water bottle with a giant amethyst in it—which is for... well, she doesn't know exactly."They say that amethyst, I think it’s supposed to be heart-opening or something like that,” she said, adding, “I don’t know [who says that]! But it’s so pretty!” Oh Gwyn. You just keep doing you, ok?While goop may help you align mind, body, and spirit, you can be sure what it doesn’t do is help with your memory. Because Jimmy also brought up the time she appeared on Jon Favreau’s The Chef Show and revealed she completely forgot she was in Spider-Man: Homecoming."There's so many of these wonderful Marvel interconnecting movies and I thought that it was an Avengers movie but it was not," she explained before revealing SHE'S NEVER SEEN THE MOVIE. Wow.But hey, can we blamer her? Who has time to remember details from the Marvel world and watch three-hour films when you have a wellness and lifestyle empire on your hands?
