Post-game smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen berries; blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and/or strawberries
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 tbsp chia seeds

Method:
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until all combined and as smooth as you like it. Pour into an insulated cup or bottle.
