You're usually calm and collected, but something has you bothered enough to make you really blow your top. If you have a chance, take a step back from the person or thing that is irritating you long enough to calm down and reassess your position. There might actually be a way out of this jam, but you're going to have to compose yourself if you want to find the nearest exit.

Weekly

Follow along with the flow around you on Monday -- but keep a wary eye on the road ahead. The middle part of the week is great for career moves. You'll be in the good graces of your supervisors and will have a firm understanding of your ambitions. An unexpected message or complaint comes late in the week from parents, elderly relatives or possibly an old friend. It won't be pleasant at first, but you can turn it into a positive. Try to stick with creative pursuits over the weekend. Your juices will really be flowing.

Monthly

If you feel like tearing out your hair out of sheer frustration at the complexity of the situation you find yourself confronted with, not to mention your own perceived inability to decode said situation to the degree necessary in order to come to a surefooted decision on the 1st or 2nd, stop! Step back! Breathe. Breathe again. Innnnnn, ouuuuut. Now, slower: Innnnn, pause, ouuuuut. Good job! Sometimes (like now) all you really need to do is regain your sense of calm. See? It's not as hard as it seems, though it seems harder than it should. Regardless, just chill out and everything will get easier. By the super stunning 3rd and 4th, everything is easy, breezy and downright fabulous. Ah! Don't forget to keep breathing, though. Try to figure out what's disrupting the harmony at home on the 9th and 10th. By the not-entirely-smooth 13th, 14th and 15th, your best bet is to spend some serious time at the gym working out that extra aggression (you'll be more romantic after a gym session, too). Let your intuition guide you on the 21st and 22nd (your intuition is pretty smart). By the 28th, it's time to take a nice long walk to cool down, again.
