You are awfully good at taking care of yourself -- but have you been overdoing it just a little bit lately? Be brutally honest with yourself today, and the answer just might be 'yes'. You need to deter your selfish urges and think of other people first for a little while -- if for no other reason than to put some more positive points into your karma account. You can start small -- hold the door for someone. Pay the toll for the car behind you. Little things mean a lot.


Consider scheduling some physical activity for Monday -- either a heavy workout or a long walk or run. You're going to be inundated by details, and an outlet for all that mental frustration could make the day pass more easily. On Tuesday and Wednesday, put the other guy first -- you need to overcome your usual competitiveness (at least this once) if you want to get ahead. Starting on Thursday and on into the start of the weekend, expect some quiet time and deep thinking. You've got a lot on your mind, and a subliminal tide is swelling to help you sort things out. On Saturday and Sunday, seek out adventure!


Pop quiz: Is it better to be a) flighty or b) grounded? Is it more effective to be a) scatterbrained or b) laser focused? Will your loved ones appreciate you more if you are a) distracted or b) fully present? On the 1st, and every other day, the answer in each and every case is 'b' (in case you weren't sure). So get grounded, laser focused and stay present. It's best for everybody! By the slightly problematic 4th and 5th, you have an opportunity to examine just what exactly you want and need from a person, work relationship or situation. A stroke (or two!) of good luck makes your day on the 6th, then again on the 7th and then again on the 8th! Wonderful. If you're feeling emotional on the 13th, 14th and 15th, then go with it. Don't fight your feelings. Embrace them! Don't bury you reactions, either. Explore them, out in the open! Take a little time out for your health on the 18th, 19th and 20th. It's really important to give your body a good chunk of vigorous exercise a day, at least, you know! You want to get out there and explore on the 25th and 26th. Do it! If you dream on the 31st, pay attention to what happens. Your subconscious is wise!
