Allowing yourself a little latitude lets you do some of your best work -- and not only when it comes to your career. Give your inner critic the day off. How about some freewheeling interpersonal exchanges? Suspend your serious side and your undying quest for perfection. Someone's oddities may strike you as sweet and interesting -- tell them about it.

James Joyce once said, 'Nations have their ego, just like individuals.' This resonates on Monday because the power struggle at hand seems to have the gravity of international conflict, even though it's really just about you and someone else not seeing eye to eye. Tuesday and Wednesday, rather focus on whether or not you're in the right, focus on what others are saying. Just listen. See what you learn. Thursday and Friday are full of plain lessons in odd packages, but this weekend you're shamelessly radiant.

As the month gets going on the 1st and 2nd, you are having a genuine blast. You are feeling fine, you are looking cute, you are more fun than a barrel of monkeys (or so you hear). Woo-hoo! Enjoy all this frothy fun, especially since you'll be needing to take a long, hard, serious look at what is really going on, under the surface of things, in a romantic, familial or work relationship on the 3rd and 4th. By the slightly electric-stormy 9th and 10th, you could be in for some clashes! Keep your ego in check (it can be a lightning rod for attracting problems, you know). Do everything right, and you still might have a couple of tense moments at work on the 16th and 17th. Stay calm, knowing you did your best. Your deep thoughts are a fertile breeding ground for amazing insights on the 21st and 22nd. Great days envelope you in their sheer amazingness on the 23rd, 24th and 25th. Do some hardcore breathing exercises to center yourself on the 30th. Paradoxically, this will help you see things from others' points of view better.
