Your specialty is taking care of others, and more often than not, you do it at your own expense. Well, prepare yourself to make a decision that may actually take your own needs into account, just this once. Startling news that comes along this morning via a family member or an old, dear friend will convince you it's time. Still, move at your own pace.

As much as the world at large wants you to focus on material wealth, the start of the week is a great time to focus on anything not nearly as concrete. The color of the sky, the sound of birds calling, a random -- and rare -- splash of sun. It's a beautiful thing! Then, turn your attention from the natural world to humanity and focus on people in the middle of the week. Everything else will take care of itself. Friday and Saturday, indulgence is in the stars, but watch out. You run the risk of going overboard, and regretting it on Sunday.

You could find yourself having a whole bunch of super creative urges on the 1st. You want to sing, paint, dance and create your very own front door wreath made out of locally sourced vegetation and found objects. Do it! By the low energy 4th and 5th, you need to take a step back and give yourself plenty of time for rest and relaxation. You and your daily routine might not be seeing eye to eye on the 8th, 9th and 10th. Like, you want to swim before work, only to find the pool is closed for unexpected repairs. Bummer! But don't let it throw you. You can duck out of work early (after coming in an hour ahead of schedule) and go to your favorite yoga class. Your great energy on the 15th, 16th and 17th has everything to do with your ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances. Give yourself a pat on the back! You deserve it. Don't worry: If you forget anyone on your gift list, that nagging little voice in your head will remind you on the 23rd and 24th. (It's useful, sometimes, that voice!) Life couldn't be better on the 25th, 26th and 27th. Wonderful news, wonderful people, wonderful food -- it's all there! Express yourself on the 30th and 31st! Then ring in the New Year.
