Scientists have recently found that people may be more into updating their status than having sex. Researchers at Chicago University followed 205 people’s urges for a full week. They asked participants seven times a day what their most recent cravings were, how strong they were and whether they gave into them or not. The findings: people were more likely to give into their urge to check their social media accounts more than they were to have sex or go shopping.
While it’s definitely easier to post a photo on Instagram than it is to get it on with your partner at the drop of a hat, this addiction to the digital social world may come at the cost of one of our most basic human needs (and we’re not talking about shopping).
Instead of demanding you both divest yourself of all gadgets, we decided to round up the best online tools to help you improve your relationship.

The app will then tell you how good you are at sex, on a scale of one to 10, based off of what it picks up using your phone’s microphone and accelerometer. While this app is more funny than functional we think it could help lighten the mood and challenge you and your partner to score a perfect 10.
