It’s a case of unreturned sperm. A Louisiana man is accusing an ex-girlfriend of stealing his DNA to give birth to a now 2-year-old child. The sperm was being held at a fertility clinic, where the man’s lawyer argues there was a clear contract in place that shouldn’t have allowed a ‘stranger’ to take it.
