Cavaliers move up two spots to win 2013 NBA Draft Lottery
The Cleveland Cavaliers have won the 2013 NBA Draft Lottery. The Cavs had a 13.8 percent chance of winning the lottery and came up with the winning combination to earn the right to the top choice.
