Today’s weather will be partly sunny with a mix of human excrement.
Or at least that’s how the forecast looked for one Ontario family.
Emma Gilfillan-Giannakos was baffled after she says human feces mysteriously rained down on her backyard. Nobody knows for sure yet what exactly the brown, smelly stuff is, but Gilfillan-Giannakos was sitting outside in her covered patio when it began raining down on her. After what she thought was a two-minute rainstorm, she went out to explore and discovered brown specs covering her pool tarp, concrete patio and even the garden.
“I stuck a finger in the water and I smelled it,” she said told the Toronto Star. “It was poop.”
The family happens to live about 20 kilometres from Pearson Airport, where they can see airplanes flying by all day. Transport Canada is investigating to see if any air carriers are responsible, because airplane washroom holding tanks can malfunction and leak human waste. But until then, Emma Gilfillan-Giannakos is likely stuck with a bill for more than $5,000.
Well isn’t that a bunch of crap.
