Russians squat for free subway tickets

Leading up to the 2014 Olympic games in Sochi, the Russian government has found a unique way to promote health and fitness.

Who wants a free ride?

A strange vending machine has been set up in one of Moscow’s subway stations that promotes health and fitness in an interesting way. Would-be subway riders can earn a free ride by doing 30 squats. The goal is to get people geared up for the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, but there’s just something awesome about walking into a subway station and seeing a bunch of people basically twerking for free transit fare.
