  • Keep the title short - it wraps at 12 characters and has room for 24.
  • Choose as many categories as fit your event. 
  • There is a pop up calendar for the date or the proper date format is for ex. 2/23/2005.
  • If you select a venue from the drop-down menu you do not have to enter an address, city or phone number. However, you can add your name and another contact phone number or email address instead below.
  • You can fill in the description section with up to 500 words.
  • You can attach a Jpeg image up to 50K at 72dpi (no TIFFs or PDFs). It can be as wide as 4” or 216 pixels. It can be as long as 8” or 576 pixels.
  • You can add a link to the event/artist website.  

After you have filled in your listing, you will be taken to a “payment” page.  Don’t worry, you don’t have to pay. Just select CASH or CHEQUE for the payment and your listing will go through. And we don't need all of that contact data.
