With social media challenges becoming more popular — like the Mannequin Challenge and the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge — it was only a matter of time until another one hit the internet. Well, the latest viral video is here, and it calls for a whole lot of leg strength and finesse.

The Invisible Box Challenge requires ‘box jumpers’ to prepare an invisible box through miming motions before lifting up one leg to step on the box. They then jump off their back leg to leap over the ‘box.’ At least, that’s what it’s supposed to look like.

The challenge reportedly began two years ago, but is only beginning to gain steam now thanks to an increase in videos on social media showing people attempting, and sometimes mastering, the difficult move.

On Saturday, Texas cheerleader Ariel Olivar posted a video of herself mastering the Invisible Box Challenge. Since then, the clip’s already gained almost 300,000 likes on Twitter and 147,000 retweets.

As if that wasn’t impressed enough, Ariel also posted a second video showing a friend ‘tripping’ her mid jump. We’re not sure what the final score of the football game was that day, but I think we can all agree that Ariel won.

People everywhere are now attempting the Invisible Box Challenge, including Kelly and Ryan co-host Ryan Seacrest.

But while it’s definitely impressive to see people master the viral challenge…

…it’s so much more entertaining to watch people who still need a bit of work.

Nailed it.
