Sofia Vergara and fiancé get into club brawl

Vergara's dress was ripped down right before Nick Loeb got them thrown out of a club.

There’s nothing like kicking off the new year with a brawl at a club. Just ask Sofia Vergara. She and fiancé Nick Loeb were in Miami, when things took an ugly turn. Well, ugly for Loeb; awesome for anyone who was accidentally flashed by Sofia.

Here’s what went down. Sofia and Nick were being hosted at a club by one Chris Paciello, some dude Vergara dated in the late ‘90s. Witnesses told Page Six that Loeb began arguing with Vergara then got into a fight with a group at a nearby table.

“Nick seemed tense around Chris, who was hosting them in the VIP section, even though he and Sofia are just friends,” spies told Page Six. “In the early hours, Nick and Sofia were arguing before he got into a dispute with somebody at a neighbouring table. Some pushing and shoving started.”

The insider added, “Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in the melee, exposing her cleavage in front of other people and her son, Manolo, who was so offended he left the club. It was crazy.”

Eventually, “Nick was pulled away from Sofia and those at the next table by security guards, who dragged him out of the VIP section and threw him out of the club. Sofia followed him.”

It should be noted that Sofia wasn’t hurt, though she had to be embarrassed after her dress was yanked down. Nick, on the other hand, “was pretty bruised from struggling with security. None of the drama was Sofia’s fault, but despite the big scene [Loeb] created, they made up outside the club, and she took him back to their hotel,” said a source.

Ugh. This guy is nothing but bad news but she seems blinded by his… I don’t know, douchey, candy-coated shell? Loeb was going to run for Florida’s Senate and it seems now that a government job isn’t in his future, he’s letting his temper get the best of him. Sofia and Nick broke up last May amid reports of strippers and hookers and cocaine (oh, my!), but for some reason, she took him back a few weeks later and they were engaged by July. All kinds of shady, no? I’m hoping Nick keeps staying classy and Sofia finally drops him for good.
