She was only there to shoot one scene but, from the sound of it, Lindsay Lohan sure left a soggy mark on the production of Scary Movie 5 back in September.
The New York Post‘s Page Six zeroes in on Wetpaint Entertainment‘s fresh report that LiLo managed to block “every bathroom on the lot” for two days after she clogged the toilet in her own trailer, causing all the plumbing to break. “Production fell behind schedule because of it,” said Wetpaint‘s source. “And let’s put it this way, she didn’t win over any new fans among her co-stars or the crew.”
All I can say is: Wow, whatever went down in that commode must’ve constituted Lindsay’s biggest stinker since Liz & Dick. (Sorry! I know that was gross — but it was that or another “Lindsay-Lohan’s-career-down-the-drain” joke.)
Let’s be fair, though. It wasn’t all clogged toilets and disgruntled crew for LiLo on Scary Movie 5. Page Six‘s own on-set tattler claims that the actress also “trashed her trailer and left the shower running,” flooding it. (What is it with this woman and plumbing?)
And even that wasn’t it for the water works — I mean, surely some tears were shed when Lindsay suddenly got cold feet about going into self-parody mode for her cameo, for which she appears in bed with Charlie Sheen. Rumour during the shoot was that she tried to get out of her contract by playing the sick card, though The Post floats the reminder that Lohan’s rep denied any such claims.
It all worked out OK in the end, though: the scene reportedly went well, the actors had fun and, in a flourish of magnanimity, Sheen later gave La Lohan $100,000 to help cover her back taxes.
Just imagine if she’d had two scenes in the movie….
