Lady Gaga has burned her joints. Literally. The Born This Way Ball tour has come to a screeching halt, and Lady Gaga is totally inflamed about it! Fine fine, so the joint puns aren’t really funny at all, but Lady Gaga has announced that she has to cancel four of her upcoming tour dates due to Synovitis (sin–o–vitus).
The monster leader took to her twitter to break the news to her fans that she was officially diagnosed with synovitis, which in simplest terms is the severe inflammation of her joints. Ouch, sounds geriatric.
The shows that will be postponed include tonight and tomorrow night in Chicago, Saturday in Detroit as well as her next Canadian stop in Hamilton on Sunday.
There’s going to be some bummed out monsters, and Gaga knows it. On her twitter Gaga wrote, “To the fans in Chicago Detroit & Hamilton I hope you can forgive me, as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself. I’m devastated & sad. It will hopefully heal as soon as possible, I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and I’m sorry.”
Lesson learned. Gotta ice those joints after the vigorous stage grinding!
