So it’s not all about Beyonce and Kelly Rowland after all! OK, well maybe it always kind of is. But the forgotten member of Destiny’s Child, the lovely Michelle Williams (not the actress) is finally getting some love. Following her reunion gig with Beyonce and Kelly at the Super Bowl halftime show, the Grammy Award winning singer is set to star in her own reality TV show with Entertainment One Television.
The show is going to be called My Sisters Keeper and will follow the singer and her sisters as she is preparing to release her brand new solo gospel album.
Entertainment One senior vice president of U.S. alternative programming Tara Long said, “We’re very excited to expand upon our relationship with Michelle on this new collaboration that will provide fans with a peek into her everyday life.”
According to Ms. Williams, “Working together on my new gospel album and television series, I am excited to share with everyone a behind-the-scenes look at the inspiration and journey of recording for the album, performing, fun family times and other unforgettable experiences out together with my dear sisters.”
Maybe Michelle will blow up and be bigger than Beyonce now…maybe.
