Mark Salling’s publicist is denying allegations that the Glee star committed sexual battery after a woman accused him of forcing sex without a condom.

“There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success,” the publicist, Janice Lee, told TMZ. “We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”

Roxanne Gorzela filed a suit against the 30-year-old star, in which she claims that in March 2011 (a little after a year of dating him), she consented to having sex with Salling if they used a condom. According to the suit, he went ahead without one anyhow, blowing off the request and ignoring her.

Later that month Gorzela went to confront Salling at his house about the incident and share her health concerns, where she found him in bed with someone else. She then demanded that he get a test to prove he had no sexually transmitted diseases, to which he responded by reportedly pushing her to the ground.

According to TMZ, a police report was filed the same day.
