As our time with Dunder Mifflin and its zany employees comes to an end, star Rainn Wilson is keeping The Office in the news thanks to a Facebook photo highlighting one of the original casting call sheets from the show’s early audition days.
On the sheet, it’s easy to spot some recognizable names of actors who were vying for some of the show’s bigger roles, including Adam Scott (Parks and Recreation) as Jim, Alan Tudyk (Suburgatory) as Michael, and Anne Dudek (House, Mad Men) as Pam.
The sheet, which is dated Nov. 6, 2003, also lists Hamish Linklater (The New Adventures of Old Christine), Mr Melissa McCarthy, a.k.a. Ben Falcone, Matt Besser (Reno 911!), Matt Price (Men of a Certain Age) and Mary Lynn Rajskub (24), among others.
