Yet another Teen Mom star has landed on the wrong side of the law.

No-longer-a-teen Farrah Abraham, 21, who’s been a staple on the MTV series since its inception in 2009, was pulled over by police in Omaha, Nebraska, around 1 a.m. on Tuesday and slapped with a DUI charge after nearly swiping a police cruiser.

When the fuzz got over the shock of nearly being killed, they had Abraham take a standard sobriety test and she failed … miserably. She blew a .147 on the breathalyzer, which is nearly twice the legal limit in Nebraska (0.8).

Abraham’s indiscretion is made worse by the fact that the father of her four-year-old daughter Sophia, Derek Underwood, was killed in a 2008 car accident two months before she was born. Fortunately, Abraham had the sense not to take Sophia along on her little joyride.

Abraham is no stranger to drinking, admitting she hit the bottle pretty hard after Underwood’s passing and Sophia’s birth.

“When I drank, I’d be happy for 10 minutes,” Abraham told InTouch last August. “When I got high, I’d feel a sense of nothingness for about an hour. But in the end, my negative emotions always came rushing back.”

Clearly, Abraham hasn’t learned her lesson.
