Big news comes the way of Haven fans on the show’s first day of filming Season 4.
In a press release Wednesday, Showcase announced that Eureka’s Colin Ferguson would be joining Season 4 of the sci-fi series, which has officially gone into its first day of production in Halifax.
Ferguson will be playing William, “a handsome mysterious stranger” with a secret agenda that sends him Audrey’s (Emily Rose) way.
Eureka fans will remember Ferguson as Sherriff Jack Carter throughout the five seasons of the series, particularly for the creative, ongoing destruction done to his car.
Season 4 of Haven picks up six months after the meteor storm and Season 3 cliffhanger. If you remember, Audrey and Duke (Eric Balfour) vanished into thin air, leaving Nathan (Lucas Bryant) left in Haven.
The series is based on Stephen King’s novella The Colorado Kid, centering on a former FBI agent who becomes a cop in Haven, ME, and stumbles upon the many mysteries of the town.
Season 4 of Haven premieres in October, where all 13 episodes will air on Showcase in Canada.
