Kristin Cavallari certainly bounced back after giving birth to her son, Camden, in August 2012.
The reality TV star started working out four weeks after her baby’s birth and attributed her quick weight loss to the calories burned while breastfeeding.
“Breastfeeding honestly burns 500 calories a day, so that’s been very helpful. And I’m a healthy eater in general, so I’ve just maintained a healthy lifestyle,” Cavallari told Us Weekly.
But after just six months of breastfeeding she made the decision to stop.
“It’s hard,” Cavallari said to Hollywood Life. “It was the hardest part of the whole thing and no one tells you that. I was a slave to pumping.”
Now that she has stopped breastfeeding she and her fiancé, football player Jay Cutler, are feeding Camden “a goat milk concoction.”
Let’s hope it’s healthy for the baby boy.
What baby weight?
Cavallari attended an event in Chicago wearing black skinny jeans, a black blouse and white blazer. She topped off the look with a fashionable statement necklace. Very trendy.
