Miley Cyrus has morphed from a sweet Disney princess to a rugged rocker chick over the past year. The singer debuted shaved blonde locks on the VMAs red carpet while wearing a dramatic, black Emilio Pucci gown.
Kylie Minogue, though two decades older than Miss Miley, wore the same Pucci gown. Kylie chose the frothy creation in a vibrant orange, rather than black. She also wore a sophisticated necklace with three rows of diamonds.
