One of life’s greatest challenges is keeping it together. We’re all busy, we’re all tired and we’re all getting too much work piled on back at the office. Right? Everything just blurs together, and by the time you’re done everything, there’s no will to go to the gym, prepare a nice salad, or do anything but watch your stories.
So, how do you make it look like you’ve got it all together? Like this woman:
Watching the video above, we learned a fair bit about the strategies one can employ to create this “I’m good” illusion. For example, if you carry a yoga mat with you, people just assume you’re really into fitness, and that your chakras are very much aligned. Like, you don’t even need to actually do yoga at all! And that’s your little secret. Do yourself a favour and laugh along to the suggestions in the video – the tips are all so easy to do, you might actually already be doing some of ’em.
