Movie budgets have grown to mammoth proportions, but no matter how much money is spent, accidents are always bound to happen. While this collection of “mishaps” is by no means as permanent as the more severe injuries that occasionally occur on set, they’ve certainly resulted in their own share of pain…and embarrassment to some pretty well known stars.
