Few people are billionaires, and not too many people have $100 million to drop on an Aspen mountain lodge. But that’s what billionaire Bill Koch is selling in Aspen, and it comes with 28 rooms.
If you want more than just rooms (who doesn’t?), it also has 25 bathrooms, five half baths, an indoor sports court, a “recreation and entertainment hall,” a temperature and humidity-controlled wine room and many spas. Of course, if you want more for your money, you’re in luck. You get three parcels of land totaling 82.6 acres, and 13 buildings, including the lodge itself, single family homes, cabins and places to play. That’s an insane amount of space that no one could ever possibly use, but it is on the market and it is quite beautiful. Shall we go in on this…together?
But really, how often do you get to peek inside a multi-billionaire’s home? Watch the video above for a tour!
