A peek at what spring 2020 has in store for your wardrobe

The official start of spring is just weeks away, and although we can't put away our parkas just yet, it's time to take a look at what the new season has in store for our closets. There are so many big trends to choose from, so we asked stylist Erica Wark to share her favourites.

TREND 1: POLKA DOTS

Polka dots were a major trend last spring, and they’re still going strong. What’s great about polka dots is they’re classic, much like stripes, so they’re very easy to wear. You can’t go wrong with black and white, but this spring, you’ll see the print in so many different shades and sizes, so have fun with it!

TREND 2: SPRING LEATHER

Not just for fall and winter, leather is having a big moment this spring, from trenches to trousers and everything in between. You’ll find it in every colour imaginable too! Mix and match your favourite colours and textures for a really fresh spring look.

TREND 3: RETRO FLORALS

Floral prints are no surprise come springtime, but the florals this season have a very retro feel – think ‘60s and ‘70s. It’s a fresh take on a classic print that adds a lot of colour to your warm-weather wardrobe.

TREND 4: BOLD AND BRIGHT
