There’s been a lot of bad blood in the Carter family this year, which unfortunately is nothing new for the music family. Older brother Nick Carter is best known as a member of the Backstreet Boys, with his celebrity helping to pave the way for younger brother Aaron’s solo music and TV career. In 2006, the Carter brothers along with their sisters, including Bobbie Jean, Aaron’s twin Angel, and their late sister Leslie, starred on an eight-episode reality series called House Carter, which gave an inside look into the tumultuous relationship between the five siblings.Nick and Aaron’s relationship has been strained for years, but that came to a head this month when Nick posted a message on social media revealing that he, along with his sister Angel, have filed restraining orders against Aaron. In the social media post, Nick says that Aaron has made threats against Nick’s pregnant wife and their unborn child. Aaron quickly hit back at his brother, alleging that the real reason Nick filed the restraining order was because Aaron has been speaking with women who have accused his older brother of sexual assault.Amazingly, things have gotten worse from that point. On September 22, Aaron was at it again, posting an extensive message that was self-reflective and coherent, saying that he’s been chasing love and validation from his family for his entire life.View this post on Instagram
That same day he also announced that he was selling his home because of constant harassment and revealed that he lives in fear of his older brother Nick. Please READ. pic.twitter.com/d8wBiTwfIK

Aaron confirmed that Nick did pay for him to attend rehab year ago, but alleges that Nick refused to pay for their sister Leslie to get help, with Leslie overdosing soon after at age 25 in 2012. Aaron has now also alleged that he was sexually abused by Leslie during his childhood.I’m so scared that something is going to happen to me. I endured so much abuse from nick that I don’t know what he’s capable of. If something happens. I let god lead the way and he is with me.

This past weekend, Aaron was once again commenting on his family. Continuing with his allegations that Nick has sexually assaulted multiple women, Aaron has been tagging the women on Twitter and using the hashtag #MeToo.Aaron says that while he won’t attend the court hearing for Nick’s restraining order, he will be present in court for his twin sister Angel, possibly hinting that he still hopes to salvage that relationship. He paid for my first rehab. At Betty ford center. #CoverUp but shut the door in his own sisters face Leslie when she begged HIM for rehab and she overdosed a month later. then he didn’t show up to her funeral. Where were they when I was the only person in my family there 4 my mom https://t.co/2Hr5eukPsk

In addition to the new comments on his family, Aaron also revealed a startling face tattoo of Medusa, adding to the growing concern for his well-being. Already covered in tattoos, Aaron had yet to permanently ink his face, although that changed this weekend. The actor and singer shared multiple pictures of his new tat, posting videos of himself on an ATV and motorbike. Calling himself “the biggest thing in music right now,” Carter has continued to stress that he is mentally stable, something that has been called into question over the past few weeks after he appeared on an episode of The Doctors and presented a large bag of prescription pills. Aaron’s appearance on the medical reality TV show has been cause for concern, with Carter saying that although he is manic depressive, the TV show was edited to make it appear he has several other mental health issues, a claim producers deny. What’s most concerning is the large collection of guns Aaron owns, a fact that the singer does not argue.I WILL be showing up to court for my sister, Angel’s case against me. But I will not be going for my brother, Nick. I don’t care if he has a restraining order against me, I will never see or speak to him again or the rest of my family.
