Girl power!

There are two types of people: those who loved the Spice Girls, and those who claim they hated the Spice Girls but somehow knew the all words and tapped their foot whenever one of their songs came on. Adele is definitely part of that former group, an unabashed Spice Girls fan, and anyone who saw her “Carpool Karaoke” with James Corden knows it. In fact, some might say she’s even spicier than Sporty, Posh, Baby, Scary and Ginger. Combined.

So it seemed only fitting that when her tour hit Amsterdam, Adele got super spicy. In between performing some of her huge hits, the singer mixed it up a little, doing a hilarious little dance as she chanted “Spice Girls! Spice Girls!” to the appreciative crowd at the Netherlands’ Ziggo Dome on Friday.

At first, she shrugged it off, telling the crowd, “Oh, stop it. I’m not a Spice Girl,” before launching into a little “Spice Up Your Life.” And the spiciest thing of all? A fan managed to catch that awesome moment, posted it to Twitter and that clip got retweeted by Sporty Spice, a.k.a. Mel C. YAAAAS. Now, let’s hear her take on “Wannabe” again, shall we?

Taylor Swift crashed a wedding in epic (read: typical Taylor) form

If you happened to peruse Swifty’s Instagram over the weekend, then you know she was at a wedding. But if you thought she and the bride and groom, Kenya and Max Singer, were longtime pals, think again. Tay was actually a surprise guest.

It all started back in April after the death of Singer’s mother. Max’s sister, Ali, wrote Taylor a letter, telling her how he and Kenya first got married at their sick mother’s bedside so she wouldn’t miss out on one of the biggest moments of her son’s life. Singer and his mom even did a mother-son dance in her hospital room to “Blank Space,” such was their Taylor love. Not long after the exchange, Swift and Ali began to form a plan to surprise the newlyweds.

Singer’s sister, on top of being the world’s best sibling, was able to keep the secret. So colour everyone shocked when Swift showed up in a strapless dress, all done up, looking like the most perfect wedding guest ever.

“Taylor Swift was awesome,” the bride’s sister told Us Weekly. “She congratulated them and gave them a wedding gift — a painting saying, ‘So it’s gonna be forever’ with the date.” Because, of course.

Taylor also serenaded the newlyweds and happily posed for pics with them and their guests. Again, of COURSE!

Pfft, who said love is dead? Not Swifty!

Congratulations, Max and Kenya. And way to go, Taylor!

Third wheel 😂

Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama broke up, what is going on with young love?

People weren’t entirely sure how to feel about their relationship in the beginning, what with more than a decade’s age difference between them, and Demi having recently entered rehab for emotional and physical treatment. But they were going on six years this year and everything seemed to be going great — until it wasn’t.

The couple posted the same breakup statement on their respective Instagrams on Friday, telling fans, “After almost 6 loving and wonderful years together, we have decided to end our relationship.”

It continued: “This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends. We will always be supportive of one another. Thank you to everyone who has offered us kindness and support over the years. With only love, Wilmer & Demi.”

First, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik. Then, Taylor and Calvin Harris. Now, Demi and Wilmer. What is going on?

Please. Zayn and Gigi are totally still together

Hold up. Maybe young love isn’t dead. While speaking to ELLE magazine at the Maybelline New York Beauty Bash on Friday, Gigi talked about what she liked to do during a night in.

“Cook. Paint. Play with my dog. Hang out with my boyfriend. Watch movies. Just chill.”

Uh-huh. OK, perhaps she was simply being vague but then later that night, Gigi sang along to Zayn’s “PillowTalk.” Come on! If they really aren’t together, isn’t that the last song she’d sing?

Pfft. Kids these days. They like to play games and mess with our minds.

Bill Clinton, Billy Crystal and Bryant Gumbel will deliver eulogies at Muhammad Ali’s funeral

Known for his legendary boxing career and a lifetime of activism, Muhammad Ali passed away on Friday, after a more than 30-year battle with Parkinson’s disease. But he will forever be remembered.

The family’s spokesman announced that Ali’s funeral, to be held Friday, June 10 in Louisville, Kentucky, will be open to the public and preceded by a procession through the streets of Louisville. He will be eulogized, according to Us Weekly, by former president Bill Clinton, journalist Bryant Gumbel and actor-comedian Billy Crystal, who shared a sweet throwback video of himself performing a tribute at Ali’s retirement in 1979.

Clinton also shared his condolences in a statement on Saturday, which read, “Hillary and I are saddened by the passing of Muhammad Ali. From the day he claimed the Olympic gold medal in 1960, boxing fans across the world knew they were seeing a blend of beauty and grace, speed and strength that may never be matched again.

“We watched him grow from the brash self-confidence of youth and success into a manhood full of religious and political convictions that led him to make tough choices and live with the consequences,” the statement continued. “Along the way we saw him courageous in the ring, inspiring to the young, compassionate to those in need, and strong and good-humored in bearing the burden of his own health challenges.”

Ali is survived by his wife of nearly 30 years, Yolonda Williams, seven daughters and two sons. RIP, Champ.
