Oh friends south of the 49th parallel. Once again, it would seem that we have blown your minds.
This time our command of the English language has done the trick. We’re not talking about poh-tay-toh/poh-tah-toe, we’re not even talking about soda vs. pop (pop all the way). We’re talking about what the heeeeecckkk did you just say? Can you actually say that up in Canada? (Yes. Yes we can.)
So which phrases that we Canadians take for granted totally confuse our neighbours to the south? Take off your toque, grab a double-double or pop, take a seat and watch for yourself.
Any other questions?
