Looks like someone could really use a new snow brush.

A motorist in Ontario was charged after being caught driving with 20 centimetres of snow on his car, making it look pretty much like an igloo on wheels. Ontario Provincial Police officers actually tweeted out a picture of the vehicle, which only had a tiny portion of snow cleared from the windshield – barely enough to see out of:

Like seriously, how did this person not crash?

The motorist, not surprisingly, was later charged under the Highway Traffic Act for driving with no clear view, and fined $110. You can learn more about this bizarre incident in the video above.
