Ingredients

  • 2 fresh apricots, muddled
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • Dash of simple syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer

DIRECTIONS

    1. Shake first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
    2. Pour into a Collins glass and top with Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
    3. Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
    4. Serves one.
