If you thought Pete Davidson getting two tattoos inspired by girlfriend Ariana Grande was quick, then you’re about to fall off your chair. The couple, who started dating just a few weeks ago, are reportedly engaged. To be married. To each other. This, according to Us Weekly‘s multiple sources. And seemingly confirmed by Grande herself:

Ariana and Pete “were telling people that they’re engaged” at Robert Pattinson‘s birthday party on the weekend.

“They are a perfect fit,” said one insider. “They are not rushing to get married.” Getting engaged, on the other hand …

“They are both constantly making each other laugh,” added the source. “Their moms have met. They’ve been very public with their relationship on social media, and they are very in love” and another insider said the couple are “looking forward to a very long engagement together.”

Hopefully longer than they’ve been dating. Because as far as we know, they got together less than a month ago. It was on May 21 that Us Weekly confirmed that they were together, the news of which came a few days after Grande announced her split from her boyfriend of two years, rapper Mac Miller.

On a social media level, their relationship has evolved quite quickly.

Good luck? With a love like this, though, how much luck is really involved? Though perhaps they’re just messing with us because, damn. This is just alarmingly fast. At this rate, they’ll be married in two weeks, adopt a kid in July, be divorced by August, and have had two tattoo removal sessions by fall.
