We’re giving a tip of a hat to one Indiana mall Santa who worked with what he was given and helped make some of the most heartwarming holiday photos we’ve seen in ages.

Truth: waiting in holiday lines, no matter what waits at the end, is exhausting. Sometimes, you just gotta sleep in your stroller. That’s just what baby Zeke Walters did, which is his wont as a baby. It’s what Old St Nick did when he was holding the slumbering babe that made the moment, relaxing in his chair and pretending to nod off while providing a soft, warm nook for the baby to continue his nap in. It’s what we used to call a Kodak Moment.

Now that we’re seeing it, Santa’s tummy does look rather comfy. Room for one more?

These serene, peaceful photos have us thinking that this might just be the best way to meet Santa. No tears, to tantrums, no possibility of deep-seeded fears of beards. Just crushingly adorable photos.

Either way, bravo, Mall Santa, and welcome to Internet fame. And you, too, little sleeping Zeke, though you won’t realize just how adorable this is for at least five years.
