It’s time for bored workers everywhere to celebrate because the once-popular webcam, that shows large male walruses lying on an Alaskan beach, is once again streaming to the Internet. And the reason you should be so ecstatic? Because whatever you’re doing is way more exciting than what they’re doing. Which is a whole lot of nothing.
It’s been nearly 10 years since we saw the thousands of walruses (not) doing their thing. First airing in 2005, it was the perfect thing for those searching for something to make the day go by
faster slower, but it all came to an end once private funding ran out. Thanks to Explore.org for bringing another camera back up so we can all enjoy the lazy beasts, once again, 24/7.
Get out the popcorn and clear your schedules because you’ve got some riveting walrus video to watch. If you’re super-bored, that is. Because this is pretty much what you’re missing out on:
Hey look, the one on the right is totally tanning right now.
Oh, wait… they all are.
That one in the middle is a bit of a ham though.
No, really, such a diva.
Wow, there’s no reason to get all huffy.
Seriously, it’s been 20 minutes and all they’ve done is roll over. Diva out. And so too are we.
