All Blake needs is a cape
Blake Shelton really is a hero — and not just because he managed to land Gwen Stefani. Rather, he’s got impeccable timing. He happened to be driving along the Washita River in Ardmore, Okla., on Friday when he came across four young men whose truck had been stuck in a mudhole for hours.
“Me and my buddies were checking out the river, when some of my buddies [accidentally] slid into a big mud hole and got stuck for about two hours,” Bryar Blanton told Entertainment Tonight of the incident. “Me and [my friend] Adrian started walking down the road [looking for help] and Blake and his dog, Betty, stopped and picked us up in his truck.”
They went back to the river and Blake tried to get the other guys out with his truck but when that didn’t work, Shelton left and came back with his tractor and pulled it out. They even got a pic with the Voice judge after the rescue.

Doesn’t get any better than that.
Jennifer Lawrence expertly handles awkward interview with unabashed fan
The Mockingjay actors are on a major press run and while in the U.K., the stars were interviewed by singer and X Factor host Olly Murs — who just happens to luuuuuuuuurve J-Law.
Jen was her magical self while Murs gushed and bumbled and was so nervous he was holding his cue card upside-down. Even Josh Hutcherson couldn’t resist some sarcasm, telling Olly that he was “hiding [his feelings] well.”
Murs did manage to get a photo with Lawrence after, proving what a great sport she is.
Aw, Olly, we feel ya.
Ronda Rousey is basically psychic
Rousey’s 12-match winning streak came to an end on Sunday but she may have known it was going to happen. While Ronda appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last month, she said she was going to beat Holly Holm but did admit Holms was a big threat.
Yep, turns out a kick to the head was exactly how Holm brought down Rousey, which left her briefly unconscious. The match was called 59 seconds into the second round and Rousey was hospitalized as a precaution.
OK, maybe Ronda didn’t exactly predict that she was going to get Holm-schooled but considering she knew how Holly was going to take her down it’s a shame the match didn’t last longer. Here’s hoping Rousey is back at it soon but congrats to Holm on a great fight.
Bindi Irwin paid tribute to her dad
It was Steve Irwin Day on Sunday and, naturally, his daughter Bindi shared a touching, heartfelt message.
Derek Hough, Bindi’s Dancing With the Stars partner, also paid his respects to the late conservationist with a post of dad and daughter.
Steve, you’ll forever be remembered.
Bieber pulled a Beyoncé, released 13 music videos for Purpose
Beliebers’ wishes came true this weekend. Not only did he release Purpose on Friday but the following day, Biebs released a new music video every hour to complete a film he’s calling Purpose: The Movement, which he debuted at the Staples Center on Friday.
Sadly, JB doesn’t appear that much in the videos but Halsey, Diplo, Skrillex, Travi$ Scott, and Big Sean pop up in the videos for the tracks they’re featured on. Enjoy!
