If James Bond were real, this is probably where he would live.

Britain’s most expensive one-bedroom flat just hit the market, and it could all be yours for only $18 million (small change, for an MI6 agent). The two-storey home features a private, temperature-controlled wine store, in-house maid service, room service from a nearby hotel, same-day laundry and dry cleaning, and 24-hour SAS-trained security.

You know, to deal with all of those awkward assassination attempts.

But that’s not all. You also have access to an array of available amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, squash court and cinema.

When you actually do the math, the one-bedroom unit works out to about $11,805 per square foot. That means the kitchen alone, which measures at a modest 12’11 x 8’10, is probably worth more than your entire home at approximately $1.3M. That’s over one million dollars, folks. For a kitchen.

It might seem excessive, but just remember: The world is not enough for these people.
