The holidays are supposed to be a happy time, but some people don’t have it so easy. Some women are left out in the cold, or they’re living in emergency shelters after suffering through abusive relationships. And so while the holidays are a time to be thankful, and to enjoy time with family and friends, it’s as good a time as any to stop, reflect and think about people who aren’t as fortunate as you.

The Winners & Homesense Shop for Hope program let’s you think about these women as you go about your holiday business, because with every purchase of specific products (like this plaid candle!), the net profits go to the Canadian Women’s Foundation. And that’s absolutely something we can get behind.  Where does the money go? Well, it is invested in emergency shelters, rehabilitation programs that help women rebuild their lives after abuse, and more.

WHO IT’S FOR

But don’t get yourself too worked up, because we’re here to help you cross those names off your list one day at a time, one gift at a time.
