The first Wednesday in June (June 1st this year) marks the day every Canadian’s favourite, little coffee shop donates 100% of its coffee profits toward the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation (THCF) to give thousands of low-income kids the opportunity to go to camp. Since the start of the campaign 25 years ago, Tim’s has raised more than $150 million and sent 237,000 kids to camp.
Camp Day is about offering an amazing, encouraging, confidence-building experience at camp to kids who couldn’t afford it otherwise. Tim’s is committed to empowering these kids and even offers a Youth Leadership Program, at the end of which participants are eligible for financial aid from the Carolee House Bursary Program to pursue post-secondary education. Since 2002, the program has distributed $6 million in bursaries to students in need. As if we needed another reason to love, love, love Tim Horton’s!

Don’t just own these fabulous bracelets (collect all four, maybe?), flaunt it! Post a picture of your bracelet or your coffee (or both) and #CampDay to raise awareness–as if we weren’t all going to Tim Horton’s this morning already. Make people jealous of your great Camp Day swag and inspire your friends to go grab the whole collection for themselves. It’s for a good cause, so show it off!
