Remember when we all naively thought that Cara Delevingne was just a supermodel? It's an admittedly tough and taxing job, but we had no idea that she was hiding a whole slew of other talents while parading the runway like the pro she is. Not only can she model, act and sing, she'll master pretty much any skill you need her to. And more.Cara dropped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (weekdays at 11:35 p.m. ET on CTV2) Tuesday to casually drop several wild skills she just happens to have in addition to being a multi-hyphenate. She can do a series of accents, ride a vintage Vespa, beatbox and play multiple instruments, including the guitar which she's mastered both behind her head and with her toes—a talent she graciously demonstrated for all the world to gawk at.
She told Jimmy that when she learns instruments, "it's always fun to play them how other people don't." While she often experiments with instruments on her own, she admitted that the guitar variations were inspired by Jimi Hendrix. You know how we all look at the greatest guitar player of all time and think, "Hmm, I could probably do that"?Cara admitted however that there's exactly one skill she can't master and it came up ahead of the 2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show."Every time I get asked on a job, 'Can you tap dance? Can you drive a car?' I'm always like, 'Yeah, yeah, I can do everything,' because I always think I can learn how to," she said. "I did Victoria's Secret and they were like, 'Can you roller skate?' and I was like, 'Yeah, of course, that's easy'... I can't roller skate. I get to the end of the runway and Justin Bieber is meant to be there and I'm like, 'Catch me!'"Then they were like, 'This is a risk, so we're just going to have you walk out."Hey, it's encouraging for us mere mortals to know that there's some human limit to Cara's skill, however microscopically small. Not that you'd be able to tell—the girl just finished filming an episode of Running Wild with Bear Grylls where she went dirt-biking on a Vespa, foraged for food and ate a rat. Yes, a rat. A rat that "wasn't fresh." Oh, boy. When global warming eventually comes for us and the human race is forced into post-apocalyptic survival mode, we want to be on Team Delevingne.
