Cardi B files for divorce from Offset

The rapper wants primary custody of daughter Kulture.

Cardi B’s on-again-off-again relationship with Offset looks seems like it’s finally off for good. Cardi filed for divorce from the Migos rapper in Georgia today, seeking to end the couple’s three-year marriage. The news was first reported by Hollywood Unlocked. "We contacted the Fulton County superior court who confirmed that a divorce petition has been filed in Superior Court, Fulton County, Georgia by Belcalis Almanzar v. Kiari Cephus. The filing also notes that it is a contested divorce."According to the website, Cardi also recently posted a quote on her Instagram Stories that said, “Her heart finally told her to stop wasting her time,” adding her own caption,  “it’s time ?.”

While the couple’s ups and downs have played out very publicly over the years, their divorce still comes as a surprise. They share a beloved 2-year old daughter, Kulture. According to TMZ, Cardi is seeking child support as well as primary physical custody.
