What we love about iconic singer and Québécoise princess Céline Dion is that she has always been a straight shooter. She’ll tell you exactly how it is and in an industry where celebrities are notoriously private and tight-lipped about all their exploits and escapades, Céline will look you straight in the eye and say, “I’ll tell you everything you want to know, ma chérie.” At least, that’s what we imagine she’d say to us when we daydream about her. Le sigh.

Luckily, Céline was willing to go there on Monday night when she was a guest on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. There were many topics up for discussion on the rapid-fire call-in show, but when it came to her current romantic life, she was ready to unpack her heart whilst still showing a bit of that Montreal sass. A caller asked her if she was currently dating anyone and if she would ever remarry.

Céline looked straight down the barrel of the camera and deadpanned, “You’re supposed to ask one question.” Woooo, Céline! Are you the F5 key because you are refreshing.

After a round of laughs, she admitted that dating isn’t on her radar right now. “It doesn’t mean that I won’t find someone in my life. If I do, that would be great. If I don’t, that would be great because I’m still in love!”

She’s of course referring to her late husband René Angélil, her manager and husband of 22 years, who sadly passed after a long illness in 2016.

“Once you’re in love so much,” she continued, “Y’know, I’ve been living all my life with René, he’s still within me, I see him through the eyes of my children every day.”

“That’s beautiful,” Andy Cohen said, clearly moved.

“If I had someone in my life, I would tell you, because I’m an open book,” she admitted.

We’re glad she said that, and so was Andy, because she has in fact been spotted holding hands with a certain smoking hot young gentleman who is actually her BFF, dancer Pepe Munoz. “We’re best friends!” she confirmed for the thousandth time. “We have a good time together . . . He’s gay! He’s not my boyfriend. He’s gay, calm down . . . but we can hold hands!”

So maybe the "All By Myself" singer is alone right now, but yeah her Heart Will Go Onnnn and Onnnnnnnnn.
