Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are single again — but that doesn't mean their divorce has been finalized. Their relationship status has just been changed from separated to single, but before they are considered officially divorced, there are some details that still need to be ironed out.According to court records, Tatum and Dewan requested they both be deemed "legally single," and a judge declared it so. TMZ reported that the exes now have to come to an agreement on their property settlement and, most importantly, the custody and support arrangement for their six-year-old daughter, Everly. They both asked for joint legal and physical custody, while Dewan requested child and spousal support, the latter of which Tatum is reportedly against.Us Weekly reported in October 2018 that Tatum had begun dating Jessie J after the Magic Mike star was spotted at her concerts and enjoying a mini-golf date with the singer. In Dewan's memoir, Gracefully You, she revealed that she found out that her ex and the "Price Tag" singer were dating "over the Internet" and was completely "blindsided" by the revelation.[video_embed id='-1']Jenna Dewan breaks silence on split with Channing Tatum[/video_embed]A few weeks after learning of Tatum's new relationship, Dewan filed for divorce, which also happens to be around the same time she started seeing actor Steve Kazee. Fast-forward to now, and things seem to be going swimmingly for all four of them. Tatum and Jessie J are still together, while Dewan and Kazee are expecting their first child together.

Tatum and Dewan first met on the set of Step Up in 2006. They were married in July 2009 and announced their separation nine years later. The couple took to Instagram last April to let the world know their marriage had come to an end."We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple," read their statement. "We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now. There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision — just two best-friends realizing it's time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible. We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly."

Well...the news is out. I can’t even begin to describe the feelings that I have had since we first learned that Jenna was pregnant! I have waited my entire life for this moment and couldn’t have found a better person to build a family with. The past year and a half has brought so many things into my life that have filled me with the deepest of gratitude. A partner who radiates love, warmth, and kindness. A partner who has faced some of the hardest moments life can deal you with grace, humility, and a desire to learn from the ups and downs. A partner who is continuously growing from those lessons and who supports my growth as a person with love, unwavering support, and understanding. Jenna also brought with her one of the greatest gifts one could ever imagine...her beautiful daughter. Evie burst into my life like a supernova and has continued to burn so brightly in it. I have learned so much about parenting already from watching how amazing Jenna is with her and Evie has taught me so much about what it means to love and communicate with a child and I can’t wait to give her a sibling and make our little family a little bit bigger.
