Lea Michele has been honouring her late fiancé, and costar, Cory Monteith, ever since his passing three years ago. Each year on his birthday, as well as the date of his death, fans have come to expect the tribute that Lea gives on social media. Since Cory was so beloved by so many, through his character Finn on the ultra-successful show Glee, many mourn the loss.

Lea Michele has previously revealed two tattoos in tribute to Cory, and on her brand new cover for Women’s Health UK she just revealed another. A tiny ‘Finn’ tattoo on her left butt cheek has been hidden from fans until now.

What makes this tat extra sweet is that it’s the same one her character Rachel got to commemorate Finn’s passing on Glee. Awwww. However, it was in a different place!

The other two tattoos for Cory are a number 5 which references his football jersey number on Glee, and the word’s “If you say so…” The second is in reference to the last words that Cory said to her, after she said she loved him more. Lea’s song by the same title tells this story.

This new tattoo discovery makes Glee fans everywhere happy, and sad, as one of TV’s most popular couples lives on through Lea’s actions. Fans were speculating that the tattoo was new but Lea say’s she’s had the tat since 2011.

That means that she had the tattoo TWO YEARS before Cory’s passing. Now fans are speculating whether Cory had a Rachel tattoo. The tat also has a whole new meaning!

Lea’s nude cover for Women’s Health UK, which revealed the tattoo, is meant to promote body positivity, allowing Lea to bare it all.  She also stated in her interview: “Right now, I feel physically in my best shape, and emotionally in my best place…I’m not perfect. I’m not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all.” We’re so glad you’re happy Lea!

It seems Lea will never forget Cory. We’re glad, because we’ll never forget Finchel.
