There’s nothing like a celebrity haircut to really get the Hollywood news world buzzing. But what takes your average celeb haircut from just regular news to next-level damn-I-want-that-haircut-is-this-the-next-Rachel territory? Well, basically you combine Twitter’s sweetheart Chrissy Teigen with everyone’s favourite ageless queen, Michelle Pfeiffer in the hit flick, Scarface. I mean, aside from the fact that Pfeiffer was playing an emaciated coke addict (“[I] was living off tomato soup and Marlboros,” Pfeiffer told a New York audience at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2018), her haircut looked pretty good. And it looks great on Chrissy too. Check it out:

In case you need a refresher, here’s Michelle playing Elvira Hancock from the 1983 cult classic.

The cut (or wig, we never know anymore) was the handiwork of hairstylist Laura Polko, while her makeup was courtesy of Christine Studd with styling by Monica Rose. We wonder, if we hired that style trifecta, would we too, look like Chrissy Teigen channeling Michelle Pfeiffer? Just kidding, they’re totally out of our price range.

Coincidentally, Chrissy isn’t the only one in Tinseltown who has had this haircut. None other than her supposed doppleganger, Selena Gomez, has sported the look too.

Remember when Chrissy posted that throwback photo of her and everyone thought she looked just like the young singer? Could it be possible that the cut wasn’t actually inspired by Scarface and was just Chrissy’s subtle nod to Selener? We’re going to go with no, but there are weirder conspiracy theories out there.
