Dogs are cute, everyone knows that. As are children, who are, as the saying goes, like little sponges. And there’s no better proof of that than when they like a song and magically know all the words after one listen. But what’s better is when they (and by “they,” we mean mutts and munchkins) share that musical love with anyone in earshot. Whether they’re gloriously off-key or mini-Mariahs, there’s no question, they’re adorable.

12. Baby “Roar”(s) her way into our hearts

The blonde moppet keeps it coy at the beginning but when she gets to the chorus — watch out! She takes the title of Katy Perry‘s anthem to heart and gets loud. Really, really, really loud.

11. Who knew dogs could “Trolololo” too?

Eduard Khil’s popular song is taken to new levels by Maximus. The German Shepherd yelps along with his owner — and the two make quite the duo.

10. “Single Ladies”

Little Maggie (accompanied by her dad) do a little something extra with the crowd favourite: by mashing it up with the “ABC” song, “Itsy-Bitsy Spider” and “Baa Baa Black Sheep.” Take that, Beyonce!

9. “All About That Bass” ’bout that bass, no treble

The toddler’s timing on the Meghan Trainor hit may be a little off but it’s her dancing along with her singing that will have you smiling. Now if she can act, then the world better watch out for this future triple-threat.

8. “I Got You (I Feel Good)” and so will you

OK, this is more howling than singing but Hice the Husky pulls off the James Brown number.

7. Daughter beautifully belts out “You Are So Beautiful” to Daddy

Anyone who sings the Joe Cocker tune to us is a winner in our book, but watching young Lilly serenade her dad might be the sweetest thing ever.

6. Aw, “Love Is An Open Door”

The first of two Frozen songs to make our countdown is by 16-month-old Erika who hits the high notes, which Anna and Hans made famous, like a diva in the making.

5. This baby’s singing to “Somebody That I Used to Know”

Two-year-old Sage is great with the music but needs quite a bit of prompting from Mom when it comes to Gotye‘s vocals. NBD, right? But as soon as he hears the chorus, the kid rocks out. All he needs is long hair, a leather jacket and a guitar and he’s all set.

4. Baby, get up and “Shake It Off”

Three-year-old Vivienne tackles the Taylor Swift hit a cappella, which is not an easy feat. But despite butchering nearly every word, she’s still freakin’ adorable.

3. “Having You Near Me” is going to make us cry

Jhong might not exactly be a kiddie crooner, but the 16 year old, along with his musical pals, need special mention. Why? Oh nothing, they just transform Air Supply‘s song into one of the most beautiful covers ever (though try and ignore the dog in the background who clearly wants to join in).

2. This “Turning Tables” cover made us turn our heads — in a good way.

At seven, young Maddy is already a superstar as she covers Adele‘s hit song with her own incredible voice. Wow.

1. We’ll never “Let It Go”

Please. Like we weren’t going to end with the song that was parodied a trillion times this year. But this one isn’t annoying, we swear. First off, four-year-old David is wonderful as he sings along to the instrumental version. But it’s his little sister and backup vocalist, Kaylee, who will leave you wishing these siblings would take their show on the road.
