They say kids can be a handful, but not for this dad.
The Chicago Cubs fan somehow caught a flyball with one hand while holding his infant son in the other. To top it all off, he was feeding the kid right before it happened!
Interestingly, the move also prevented an LA Dodgers player from catching the ball and getting a third out. We have to wonder if that was part of his strategy. Nonetheless, fan interference was quickly called and the Dodgers went to bat anyway. The team even thanked him:
Thanks for the third out, man. pic.twitter.com/xDQxIuaqx9

Surprisingly, there have been other dads who’ve attempted the same thing (with mixed results). This guy managed to catch a game ball while holding his daughter:
This dad wasn’t so lucky though. He caught the ball, but dropped his kid. Whoops!
Hopefully next time, they’ll leave the kids at home and bring a baseball glove instead. Safety first, people!
