Demi Lovato may be the latest celeb to date a Bachelor star

Demi Lovato is the latest celebrity to prove that you really can find love in Bachelor nation. Just not necessarily with someone from the show. After a bit of online flirting, it appears that Demi Lovato and The Bachelorette star Mike Johnson are finally meeting IRL and we need the D-E-E-T-S. Details. We need details.For a bit of background, Lovato made her interest in the 31-year-old Air Force veteran clear when he first appeared on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette earlier this year. Lovato could be heard yelling “Swing me, kiss me, boo boo” towards Johnson in her Instagram stories, as well as uploading a screen shot on Johnson with the caption “Mike I accept your rose.” Lovato also commented on Johnson’s tweet when he expressed his list of desires in a future wife, writing “I’M RIGHT HERE MIKE I’M RIGHT HERE BOO MY MOM ALREADY LOVES YOU TOO.” A dedicated Bachelor nation fan, Lovato even met up with Brown following the conclusion of her season, but at that point there was still no response from Johnson.

The future Mr. Lovato left The Bachelorette, which he did not win, and continued looking for love in Mexico on this season’s Bachelor In Paradise. Now back in the land of regular lighting and champagne only on special occasions, Johnson has been busy FINALLY shooting his shot with Lovato and it looks like it’s working. Lovato posted her Cellu-lit picture on September 5, which included a stunning snap of the singer in a bikini along with a raw and honest caption about the pressure of looking perfect and her commitment to keeping it real, including showing off her cellulite in an unedited image. Lovato received tons of praise for her picture and message, including a comment from Johnson, who wrote “Look at me like that again (wink emoji) love yaself.” Lovato responded with a kissing emoji, which could have been where the flirtation ending, but that’s not the case.According to E! Online, the two Texas natives have begun seeing one another offline. "It's been going well," the insider told E! "They seem to have a lot in common and are just enjoying getting to know each other."

This is my biggest fear. A photo of me in a bikini unedited. And guess what, it’s CELLULIT!!!! I’m just literally sooooo tired of being ashamed of my body, editing it (yes the other bikini pics were edited - and I hate that I did that but it’s the truth) so that others think I’m THEIR idea of what beautiful is, but it’s just not me. If things continue to progress between Lovato and Johnson, they’ll be the latest celebrity couple to come out of Bachelor nation. The most recent pair to grab headlines are Gigi Hadid and Tyler Cameron, who also appeared on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette. Hadid and Cameron have been spotted together over the past few weeks, with Cameron even flying to the Netherlands earlier this month to attend Gigi’s grandmother’s funeral. Cameron and Johnson have already begun to joke about a double date with their famous girlfriends, with Johnson commenting on Cameron’s shirtless Instagram pic, writing “So if we do this dbl date, your shirt stays on. No negotiation.”
