If you fell in love with the four-legged creatures at the heart of Dog Tales Rescue, we’ve got some good news—these furry friends are returning for a new season and you have less than a month to wait.
The Gusto show follows couple Danielle Eden-Scheinberg and Rob Scheinberg as they take in pups and steeds from Canada and all over the world and care for the sometimes sick, abused or neglected animals at their 50-acre Dog Tales Rescue and Horse Sanctuary in King City, Ontario.
The show brings out all the feels as the Scheinbergs, and their caring staff, help find forever homes for rescued dogs coming from as far away as Israel, North Carolina and Egypt as they help give these pups in need a second chance at a happy life.
Season Two sees the Scheinbergs travelling to Tel Aviv to save dogs from a hoarder and back at home, they’re expanding their rescue organization, bringing the count up to 75 horses and making room for chickens, pigs and sheep. The emotional show is a must-watch for all animal lovers as viewers get to see an incredible team go the distance to save animals in need.
The new season of Dog Tales Rescue premieres May 7 at 9:30pm and new episodes will be available on Gusto’s YouTube channel the day after broadcast, with all episodes of the first season available for your binging pleasure on Crave, CTV.ca and the CTV app.
